So snowboarding season is right around the corner and it’s totally time to shape up. This weekend’s warm weather and lack of rain had a powerful effect on jump starting my efforts. I went on a bike ride, a hike and many walks with Baxter.
The eating part of things is always much harder for me than the exercising part. I generally eat pretty healthy, but I need to focus more on eating at home, and eating smaller portions.
I came across a list of foods you should eat everyday according to the editors of Men’s Health magazine – but, I’m *pretty sure* it applies to the ladies too… ;) There’s a million lists like this out there, but I think I’d be hard-pressed to find anyone who thought these foods were bad for you.
- Spinach
- Yogurt
- Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Blueberries
- Black Beans
- Walnuts
- Oats
